The Dr. Webb Summer Mentorship program is a hands-on 2 week summer mentorship program for minority premedical college and medical students who have interests in Orthopedic and/or Spine Surgery. The program was started by Dr Webb in 2022 to address the lack of representation of African Americans in Orthopedic Surgery. 

The program allows students the opportunity to see and evaluate patients in the office setting in addition to the opportunity to observe Dr. Webb in surgery. Students will have the opportunity to participate in research, review anatomy/surgical principles in the cadaver lab, in addition to suturing and casting clinics.
